Sanwa Energía, S.L., trading as Sanwa, a company of Spanish nationality, with CIF B-56468002 and registered office at Carretera de El Plantío, 80 — 28221 Majadahonda, Madrid, duly registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, informs the users of the websites it owns of the conditions for accessing and using them.

General conditions

The use of all websites owned by Sanwa implies the user's full acceptance of all the General Conditions of Use in force at the time the user accesses them. Sanwa reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Use at any time.

Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of Sanwa's websites are subject to Intellectual and/or Industrial Property regulations. The rights to the contents belong to Sanwa or, where applicable, to third parties. Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available and, in general, any other act of public exploitation relating to both the websites and their contents and information is prohibited without the express prior consent of Sanwa.

User responsibility for use and contents

Both access to the websites and any use that may be made of the information and contents included in them shall be the sole responsibility of the person carrying it out. The user may not modify or remove the identifying data of Sanwa's or third parties' rights, where they exist.

The user may only access the contents through the means or procedures made available to them or commonly used on the Internet, provided that they do not involve any infringement of Intellectual/Industrial Property rights or any kind of harm to Sanwa's website and/or its services.

The user undertakes to use the services and information of Sanwa's websites in accordance with the law, these general conditions, morality, good customs and public order, refraining in particular from:

• Disseminating racist, xenophobic or pornographic content or propaganda, the apology of terrorism, or content contrary to human rights.
• Carrying out acts contrary to the Intellectual and/or Industrial Property rights of their legitimate holders.
• Causing damage to the computer systems of Sanwa, its suppliers or third parties, or introducing or spreading viruses or harmful software.
• Transmitting advertising or sending unsolicited or unauthorised electronic messages.

In general, any kind of activity to the detriment of Sanwa or third parties is prohibited.

Disclaimers and limitations of liability

Sanwa shall not be liable for the information, services and/or products offered or provided by third parties through its websites, nor for the contents provided by third parties. Sanwa accepts no responsibility for any damage or harm to the user's software or hardware arising from access to the websites or from the use of information or applications contained in them.

Sanwa does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness or accuracy of the information or services contained on its website, nor shall it be liable for direct or indirect damages relating to the use of the contents.

Sanwa does not guarantee that the contents are suitable or available outside Spain. Should all or part of the contents be considered illegal in countries other than Spain, their access and use by users is prohibited. Any use that may be made of the information and of the links to third-party websites shall be the sole responsibility of the users.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Courts of Madrid are competent to resolve any dispute or conflict arising from these conditions, and the user expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Should any clause of this document be declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the very purpose of these conditions.
